​MAHALO SURF CLUB - Experience Designer

  • Utilize customer research tools such as empathy mapping, interviews and journey mapping to design an interactive website built with both client users and staff in mind

  • Collaborate with the Mahalo Surf Club team to design an intuitive mobile and desktop experience

  • Problem-solve with the founder to create a comprehensive website that can grow alongside the startup

  • Apply design thinking and agile tools to develop all marketing materials and strategy

FASTER FUTURE - Marketing Designer

  • Implemented design thinking frameworks to lead a company wide website overhaul

  • Advocated for user-centered design by leveraging empathy interviews and heat map tracking, which spurred the design direction of the website

  • Collaborated with the leadership team to design a seamless user experience using tools such as Figma

  • Led wire framing, storyboards and rapid prototyping to begin designing the company’s presence at CES 2023

BLUE BEACH TRAVELS - Web Designer 

  • Designed an interactive website for both mobile and desktop experiences to include a booking system and online payment system

  • Developed a clear online presence with the target customer in mind

ZULA RESTAURANT - Visual Designer

  • Redesigned the restaurant and drinks menus, making sure to incorporate Hebrew and English

CINTRIFUSE - Design Thinking & Experience Designer

  • Built workshops for founders to round out their skill sets based on extensive empathy interviews and research resulting in over six months of programming and interactive workshops, focused on learning those necessary skills

  • Wrote the scripts and worked with the CEO on a video series about the Cincinnati startup ecosystem, which was promoted throughout the city

  • Communicated with the startup companies in the Cintrifuse community about resources, workshops and events.

  • Facilitate a Design Thinking workshop series with St. Elizabeth hospital where we collaborated with top executives in the company

  • Collaborated on designs for the P&G Signal Satellite event which were seen by 100s of executives

THE GARAGE GROUP- Design Research

  • Used social listening, trends and analogs, jobs to be done and design thinking to help facilitate client workshops

  • Leveraged 8+ social media platforms to identify consumer pain points and opportunity spaces for client sessions

  • Researched trends and analogs and analyzed the data to pick out the key insights for client projects

MELT - Visual Designer

  • Created a marketing flier that showcases the private chef services of Melt, which was sent to potential clients as a quick informational piece/portfolio

  • Used iterative design and collaboration to develop the company’s first ever logo

  • Defined and designed a comprehensive brand book for the Melt team to use on all further digital assets

PIERPONT NAIL SPA - Digital Designer

  • Built the Pierpont Nail Spa brand image and online presence through user-centered design and collaboration with the business founder

  • Identified key markets and a target customer persona which informed the creation of the Instagram and Facebook accounts, marketing strategy, and website design

  • Designed the company website, business cards, brand book, gift cards, postcard flyers, service menu for the spa, Google Ads, and a company logo

  • Led all marketing efforts for Pierpont Nail Spa for two years in collaboration with the Pierpont founder and core team

GOOD MUNCHIES - Website Designer

  • Created, designed and managed the social media for Good Munchies for over a year, growing the account through campaigns and organic traffic

  • Directed and executed photoshoots for content creation, which provided me the material needed for a great social media presence

  • Designed an interactive and simplistic website for Good Munchies using Figma, to create digital drafts and iterations, resulting in a user-friendly website

MADISONO'S GELATO - Design Thinking Consultant

  • Created a new retail marketing strategy leveraging unused physical space

  • Conducted market research, empathy interviews, trends, and analog research, and competitor analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of the problem

  • Exercised real-world creativity and innovation tools and strategies such as Design Thinking and scrum framework

BLUE MIST HOTEL & BEACH CLUB - Marketing Designer

  • Implemented insight-driven design changes across the company to clarify and strengthen brand image

  • Developed storyboards, customer journey maps, and multiple prototypes in the creation process of marketing materials such as PDF flyers, a promo video and social media assets

  • Redesigned their social media strategy & presence resulting in over 1k new followers in the first three months of collaboration

IGOODEA CREATIVES -  Head of Design & User Experience

  • Worked with the leadership team to create interactive workshops with outside industry speakers for groups of over 40 students at a time 

  • Executed events that gave students opportunities to engage with creativity in a variety of ways and hone key Design Thinking skills

  • Spearheaded events such as the UN recognized World Creativity and Innovation Week, where participants engaged with top Design Thinking tools and practices 

  • Assisted in bringing Techstar’s startup weekend to life at Miami University, two years in a row, where 100+ students engaged in intensive Design Thinking in the attempts to build a startup within 48 hours

  • Write blogs for L Street Collaborative and two sister companies on a monthly basis 

  • Manage social media captions, engagement, analytics, engagement and scheduling for L Street and two sister companies on an ongoing basis

JAKERA COSTA RICA -  Experience Designer

  • Lead groups of 20-60+ students in volunteer activities about sustainability

  • Wrote social media and marketing reports which were delivered to international partner agencies in the UK

  • Created branded marketing content for the company to use for all future digital material
